Anderson speaks to the complexity and fragmentation of the policymaking process. My only criticism is that he doesn't let you forget that you are reading a text book -he's almost too technical.
Some passages are redundant and some of his word choices awkward (i.e., he uses the word 'orgy' in one sentence in a non-sexual sense). Overall, however, Anderson's treatment of the subject addressed not only most of my questions I had going into the book, but questions that a I enjoyed it cover to cover.
